About us
Cornelia Tortillas
Cornelia Tortillas started from an immense craving for authentic tortillas in Alabama. One of the most delicious parts of Mexican cuisine is its tortillas, and finding traditional, authentic ones to enjoy at home can be difficult—so we decided to bring them here for the community of North Alabama to enjoy.
Made from yellow, blue, and red heirloom corn, our tortillas are crafted with love and care. These artisanal tortillas are handmade, fresh, and ready for you to enjoy in the comfort of your home.
